HSBC Batch Payments Bank Export; new option to define the "Payment Description"

A new option has been added to the HSBC Batch Payments Bank Export, "Payment Description". This allows the Payment Description on the file header to be set.

For example, when exporting a Direct Debit file that appears as one line on your Bank Statement, you might set this to "DD".
