PPSR NZ Update wizard; Renewals not including Financing Statements expiring on the date selected

In the PPSR NZ Update wizard, renewals were not including Financing Statements expiring on the last date selected - if the expiry date includes a time portion.

In other words, all Financing Statements expiring on or before the end of the date entered should be included.
