HTML Widget; update Account Close Summary wizard, now Account Close Quotation wizard

Account Close Summary wizard HTML wizard has been updated as follows:

• Now known as the Account Close Quotation wizard.
• Text within widget "Close Summary" changed to "Close Quotation".
• Separate heading for Account versus Options.
• Back and Next buttons no longer displayed.
• Better handling of related Document, i.e. make not available if it is inactive, permission is denied or not a Word Document type.
• No longer can email Document if Document is not available.

The following HTML Widgets have been updated:

"HtmlWidget_AccountCloseSummary" has been removed "HtmlWidget_AccountCloseQuotation" has been added, version 1.01 on 22/06/2018.
