finPOWER Connect Cloud Configuration; Options; New option to display notifications if Time Zones do not match

A new checkbox has been added to the finPOWER Connect Cloud Configuration form, General, Options page to display a notification if the database Time Zone does not match the Time Zone on the User's device.

This is checked by default.

NOTE: This actually checks whether there is a difference from UTC time rather than checking the actual Time Zones match.
