HTML Widgets; Control and User Interface additions

The following enhancements have been made to HTML Widget Controls and other User Interface functionality:

• Dropdown calendars and other dropdowns now respect their minimum height and therefore, if they are too short, shift their start position upwards, even if it means overlapping their parent input control.
• widget.UI.DBCombo now has a BlankTipDescription property and blankTipDescription option.
• widget.UI.MsgboxConfirmList added.
