Combine Clients; Unhandled Exception after merging a Client that is an External Party Employee that links to an Account's Broker or Dealer Employee

Clients could be deleted, even if they had Employee records that linked to one or more Account's Broker or Dealer Employees.

This would happen when manually deleting a Client or when the Client was deleted at the end of the Combine Clients wizard.

Attempting to view an Account record once its Broker or Dealer Employees has been deleted would result in a runtime exception occuring.

Now, when attempting to delete a Client, the action will fail with the following error:

Failed to delete Client.

This Client is used as a 'Broker Employee' or 'Dealer Employee' by one or more Accounts.
