New Account wizard; Contract Document is now passed default Parameters
When creating a Contract (or Deposit Certificate) at the end of the New Account wizard, the Parameters defined on the Document are now stored on the Account Log that is generated. Previously this was not the case.
NOTE: These Parameters are also not set in many other places such as Document Logs generated from Workflows but these are not covered in this change and will be reviewed on a per-case basis.
