NZ Government "NZCO Entity Role Search"; Summary Page may fail to load

When doing a NZ Government "NZCO Entity Role Search" the Summary Page may fail to load correctly and displays a message including "Object reference not set to an instance of an object.".

As a work around, try narrowing the search by entering more information to search for.
