HTML Widgets; Users Accounts; New option to display "All" Accounts for small ledgers

The system-supplied User Accounts HTML Widget has been updated to offer an "All" page.

This will display All of the non-closed Accounts that a User can view. This is based on their User Group filters.

If more than 100 Accounts exist for this User to view, no Accounts will be displayed and instead, a warning message will be displayed promting the User to use the Search facility to locate Accounts.
