Range Lookups; Account Applications; Incorrectly omitting "Type" column

When performing a Range Lookup on Account Application, a "Type" column was meant to be displayed in the grid but due to a naming mismatch, this was never being displayed.

NOTE: It may be necessary to right-click and reset the range lookup grid to ensure this column is displayed.
