Reports; updated columns in Deposit Trial Balance Report

The columns in the Deposit Trial Balance Report have been updated as follows:

Columns removed:

• Accrued Regular Interest
• Accrued Other Interest
• Accrued Interest

Columns added:

• Accrued Gross Interest
• Accrued Withholding Tax
• Accrued Net Interest

Additionally, columns widths have be adjusted and these new columns can be exported.
