Documents; Word Document file type may not replace SummaryTable bookmarks

A Document using a "Word Document" file type may not replace a bookmark for a SummaryTable when using ISWordDocumentBookmarks.SetContentSummaryTable.

This may be caused by setting the cell contents using AddText, and the text begins with a Newline character. As a workaround you might add a space at the beginning of the text.
