ISKeyValueList; GetListFromGroupingList method added
A new GetListFromGroupingList method has been added to the ISKeyValueList object.
This returns an ISList from a string formatted from a Grouping List, e.g., "Item1;True|Item2;False" will return a List with two items: Item1,Item2
