Account Application Types; updated Data Capture page options
The Data Capture page view options for Account Application Types have been updated. This defines what is shown in the "Data Capture" page of the Account Applications form.
The "Page Set" View Method has been removed as it acted just like "Default".
The "Default" method will display information using the "General" Page Set, if applicable and defined. Otherwise the standard Summary Page is used to display details.
The "Summary Page" method will display information using the Summary Page defined, or using the standard Summary Page if not defined.
