Auto-Sequenced Batch Ids; now validates the Next Batch Id in Global Settings and Transaction Types

Global Settings and Transaction Types now validate the "Next Batch Id" to make sure it is valid, i.e. it doesn't include invalid characters such as *.

Previously invalid characters could be entered and cause the batch save to fail.
