Process Direct Debit Payments List; "Account Name" column renamed "Name"

The "Process Direct Debit Payments List" can include two columns with the heading "Account Name". One is the Name from the Account, the other the Bank Account Name.

The Name from the Account has been updated to simply "Name", as per the grid it is based upon.

Note, this report is printed from the Process Direct Debit Payments wizard.
