Numberbox control; limit maximum characters to 24

The Numberbox control is now limited to a maximum of 24 characters.

There was an issue that a very large number like 999,999,999,999,999,999,999,999,999 looks like a number but cannot be converted to a number, and therefore fails. This is trapped and the value set to zero.

This can cause confusion in the finPOWER Connect User Interface.

Note, this has a side effect in that the inline calculator, i.e. where the text starts with "=" will also be limited to 24 characters. You can still use the dropdown calculator, either click the dropdown button or hold and press to open.
