Document Bookmarks; Account Settlement Summary sample Word Document does not print Salutation

Adding the standard bookmarks "Account.Salutation" and "Client.Salutation" to the Account Settlement Summary Word Document sample does not update to the expected values. This is because the salutations are never set.

A change has been made so that when the Client object is set "Client.Salutation" is updated, and when the AccountClient object is set "Account.Salutation" is updated.

This means the Account Settlement Summary sample would then work with "Client.Salutation", once the corresponding bookmark has been added. The script behind this document does not set "AccountClient" and therefore this would need to be added to support "Account.Salutation".
