New Client wizard; fails with

The New Client wizard may error a message like "Failed to save Client. Failed to add new record in UpdateQueryBuilder. Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'Resident', table 'Client'; column does not allow nulls. INSERT fails. The statement has been terminated." after clicking "Finish".

This issue occurs if the Permission Key "Client.WithholdingTaxUpdate" for the User is denied.
