Page Sets; New method to open a "Pseudo-Modal" form

A new FormShowPseudoModal method has been added to the business layer finPageSetHandler object.

NOTE: Not all forms may handle being displayed as a "Pseudo-Modal" correctly so use of this method is discouraged unless the consequences are fully understood.
