Veda/ Equifax Australia Credit Enquiry; Test environment no longer supports Verification

The Veda/ Equifax Australia no longer supports verification, i.e. Ping, in the Test environment via the normal URL and therefore has been removed.

Note, this does not affect the Production environment.
