Account Restructure; may add an unexpected Overdue Balance Adjustment

The Account Restructure wizard incorrectly adds an Overdue Balance Adjustment transaction on the date of the Restructure if there is accrued Default Interest that is Due Immediately.

The adjustment is for the value of accrued Default Interest.
