Deposits; if licensed only for Deposit Account Types there are several issues

If licensed only for Deposit Account Types there are several issues which have been corrected.

1. New Company wizard adds "Payment Received" element - which aren't relevant to Deposit Accounts.

2. Cannot add an Element with an "Interest" type.

3. Bank Import. The New Company wizard was adding "BI" Transaction Type linked to the "PAY" element. If this is used in a Bank Import service it causes an error when opening the Bank Entry batch directly after importing.
