Veda rebranded Equifax in Australia and New Zealand

The underlying web service API has not changed, so at this point finPOWER Connect has only been cosmetically changed as follows:

1. Updated Service Names to Veda/ Equifax XML (Australia)", "Veda/ Equifax Connect (Australia)" and "Veda/ Equifax (New Zealand)".

2. Updated theme colours from to new Equifax colours, for Credit Enquiries dated on or after 13/3/2017.

3. Update Global Settings and User Preferences to use the new Equifax logo and captions.

The following built-in scripts have been updated:

"SummaryPage2_CreditEnquiryReport_VedaXMLAU" has been updated to version 2.01 on 13/03/2017. "SummaryPage2_CreditEnquiryReport_VedaXMLNZ" has been updated to version 2.01 on 13/03/2017.
