Account Type; Promotions no longer allow a basis of "Must use a Promotion" with no Promotions defined
A change has been made so that an Account Type cannot be created with a Promotion basis of "Must use a Promotion" and there are no Promotions defined.
The following message is shown "Failed to save Account Type. Failed to validate Account Type Promotions. At least one Promotion must be defined when the basis is 'Must use a Promotion'." when attempting to save the Account Type.
