Documents, Elements etc.; making Inactive now warns User if used by a related item

Some Admin forms have been updated to warn the User when making the record "Inactive" and it is used by a related item.

The warning is "WARNING: This [Type] is used by one or more related items. Check the Usage page for more information. Continue and make Inactive?". This gives the User an opportunity to review the record before making it inactive.

The following Admin forms now include this warning:

  • Contact Methods
  • Decision Cards
  • Documents
  • Elements
  • Page Sets
  • Scripts
  • Workflow Type

Note, this is based upon the form's Usage page including items.

In addition, the following enhancements have been made to Document Usage to include missing statistics:

  • Where the Document is used in an Account Type Rule.
  • Special Account Type Documents are missing from Usage:
    • Deposit Certificate
    • Maturity Advice
    • Payment Details Update
    • Payment Revision Advice
    • Restructure Advice
    • Tax Certificate
    • Withdrawal Advice
