Report; Account Application Summary; "Primary Key does not exist in collection" error when exporting "DepartmentId" column

When running the Account Application Summary report and exporting the "DepartmentId" column, a "Primary Key does not exist in collection" error will occur if any of the included Account Applications do not have a Department assigned.
