Information Import and Export wizards; Import parameters message box may be too big for the screen

The Import parameters message box in the Information Import wizard may be too big for the screen. This may mean the OK and Cancel buttons cannot be easily accessed.

The message displayed has been limited to 2048 characters to prevent this message being too long.

Note, the Information Export wizard has also been updated.
