Converting Summary Page (version 2) HTML to a PDF does not show icons
When converting a HTML from a version 2 Summary Page (e.g., the Tools, Utilities, Script Compilation Errors Report) to a PDF file using the buttons at the bottom of the HTML Viewer form, icons were not being displayed (unless the summary page had opted to embed images).
