Account Applications; Applicants now have an ImageFileName property

Account Application Applicants now have an ImageFileName property and a File Name can be specified on the New Applicant wizard from the Applicants page of the Account Applications form.

If populated, both the File Name and the corresponding Document Manager file will be copied to a new or updated Client.

When updating an Applicant from an existing Client, the ImageFileName property is NOT populated.

In the UpdateClientAfterSave Account Application Type method finalises the Client's Image (it points directly to the Applicant's Image until saved) and copies it to the Client's Document Manager folder.

NOTE: When copying the Applicant's Image to a Client, the file may be renamed.
