Export Information wizard; When choosing an existing file, prompt to use its Parameters

When opting to overwrite an existing file in the Export Information wizard (having selected the file from the 'File Browse' button), you are now prompted to use the Parameters detected in the file being overwritten.

This means that export files can be used as 'package definitions' for other export files.

NOTE: If the import file name is overwritten, the Parameters in the wizard will not be reset.
