finPOWER Connect Cloud Configuration form; New "Wizard" added to configure settings

A new "Wizard" button has been added to the "General" page of the finPOWER Connect Cloud Configuration form.

This is similar to the New Company Wizard (available from Global Settings) and allows quick configuration of certain areas such as the Task Groups which are used in the Tasks View.

NOTE: A "Today" Task Group is added. This is currently empty but is a placeholder for user-defined Widgets.
