Scripts; Intellisense now appears for included Script libraries

When editing a Script, intellisense is now given for code included in 'Function Library' Scripts referenced via the '#include' directive.

NOTE: Due to performance constraints, intellisense is only updated after saving the record (upon adding a #include directive). A performance enhancement has also been made meaning that there is only ever a pause the first time you enter edit mode on a Script Editor.

The following forms have been updated:

• Account Application Types
• Decision Cards (including Rule Expression entry in the Rule wizard)
• Documents
• Page Sets
• Queues
• Report Templates
• Scripts
• Workflow Types

NOTE: The methods dropdown at the top of the Script Editor also includes the functions defined in the 'Function Library' Script.
