GL Export; Imported Bank Transactions may not be exported to General Ledger

Imported Bank Transactions do not export to General Ledger if the Payment Method is linked to an Export Service.

If the Bank Transaction was imported the PrintedStatus on the Bank Transaction is set to "Not Applicable". The GL Export was only exporting if "Printed" or the Payment Method was not linked to an Export Service - hence they were not exported.

In addition the Bank Transaction drilldown Summary Page now notes in the Export block "Transaction has been manually exported" or "Transaction was imported" rather than incorrectly "Transaction has not been exported".

The following standard Summary Page blocks have been updated:

"BankTransactionView_ExportDetails" has been updated to version 2.01 on 19/12/2016.
