Account Application Applicants; Drivers Licence Issuer not being transferred to Client Identification
When creating a Client from an Account Application Applicant, the Drivers Licence Issuer was not being transferred to the Drivers Licence Identification.
Note, in Australia the Issuer is used as the Drivers Licence State.
