Credit Enquiries; add new NZ Government Business API service for NZBN Entity Details

A new product, "NZBN Entity Details" and related service "NZ Government Business API" has been added.

Note, this Service replaces the existing "NZ Companies Office" service. You should start using this new service as soon as possible as the NZBN will, over time, include a broader range of information drawn from multiple authoritative sources. For more information see https://www.nzbn.govt.nz/.

Note, The NZ Companies Register API will be retired in July 2017. Therefore you need to switch to using the new NZBN services by then.
