Account Applications; deleting a Quote moves the selected/ starred Quote to the next Quote
Deleting an Account Application Quote does not adjust the selected/ starred Quote. This can mean the selected/ starred Quote will be moved on to the next Quote - if the Quote deleted is prior to the selected/ starred Quote.
To recreate, enter an Account Application with Quote 1, Quote 2, Quote 3 (Selected/ Starred), Quote 4, Quote 5. Then change to the Quote 1 tab and delete it. The Selected/ Starred Quote is moved to Quote 4.
