Application Shortcuts; HtmlShow; Partial HTML that looks like a Summary Page (version 2) will be expanded into a complete HTML document

An HtmlShow type Application Shortcut can be passed partial HTML via the Html parameter.

The functionality has been enhanded so that if partial HTML is detected (no HTML or BODY tags) but a class of "is-summarypage-2" is detected, the HTML will be completed to include all of the Version 2 Summary Page styles.

This change has been added so that HTML Widgets can use an HtmlShow type Application Shortcut without needing to supply a full HTML document which, in a Web environment will improve efficiency. finPOWER Connect Cloud already supported this concept but it has been externed to finPOWER Connect for compatibility.
