Account Logs; External Party page will now always display if the Log is linked to an External Party

The External Party page on the Account Log form will now always display if the Log is linked to an External Party, regardless of the Global Setting to determine whether to display this page.

This means that if any Script code sets the External Party, the User will always be able to see what it is set to.
