ISKeyValueListItem; "ValueToString" function errors if the Value property is Nothing

The "ValueToString" function of ISKeyValueListItem errors if the Value property is Nothing. The error is "Object reference not set to an instance of an object.".

If the Value is Nothing this function now returns a blank String.

Note, since this would be used in a script finPOWER Connect does not crash, but the script returns an error.
