Centrix; Client Monitoring not working once there is a completed Monitor

The Centrix Client Monitoring facility does not work once there is a completed Monitor. For example, further Monitoring of the Client cannot be started.

In addition, there were issues were a Monitor is loaded in Centrix but NOT in finPOWER Connect - e.g. after the database has been restored. In this case the monitor "Starts" without an error, but it cannot be Stopped.
