Account Applications; User Define fields added to Global Settings for Report Ranges and Groupings

A new Account Applications, User Defined page has been added to Global Settings.

Account Application and Account Application Log reports now allow grouping and range selection of User fields 0 to 9 providing a description is defined under Global Settings.

NOTE: User0 to User9 fields for Account Applications must be populated via Script code. This is different to Accounts, Clients etc. which define Parameter Sets to enter User Defined details.
