Standard Transactions; where Value is zero the Standard Transaction is not processed
A change has been made to Standard Transaction processing.
Previously, if a Standard Transaction, on a date, has a zero value, it will not be processed. This means a Standard Transaction with a "Once" frequency will never be completed, and a periodic frequency like "Weekly" will get stuck on that date and not move on.
This has been changed so the Standard Transaction is included in the Financial Schedule, although it will be hidden as the value is zero. Then when Account Processes are run the Standard Transaction is updated and completed or moved on to the next date.
