Scripts form; Test page; Range Lookup Parameters come through as blank to Script

When test a Script via the Test button on the Test page of the Scripts form, any Range Lookup type parameters entered via the Lookup form (i.e., selected from the grid) rather than entered directly in the field came through to the Script as blank Strings.
