HTML Widgets; New system-supplied sample for a Client Quote

A new system-supplied HTML Widget, "Client Quote" has been added.

This is used by the version 3 Client Connect sample.

It features the following:

• Uses Bootstrap
• Allows a signed in Client to "Apply" for a Loan, i.e., add a "Quote" Account.

NOTE: This Widget can be used within finPOWER Connect Desktop however the Apply button will only appear and function correctly when signed in as a Client, e.g., via an external application such as Client Connect.
