SMS Messages; message count now displayed

When there is more than one message to be sent, the SMS Messages will now display the message count, e.g. "split into 2 messages".

In addition, where Smart Tags are detected, the count is shown as "Estimated".

Note, changes apply to the SMS, Document Create, Document Execute, and Workflow Actions wizards.

The Execute Document wizard also displays the Message Count in the confirmation grid.
