Postcodes and Addressing; Country "Delete" did not delete all supplemental Postcodes for the Country

Clicking the "Delete" button next to Country in the Postcodes and Addressing form did not delete all Postcodes for the Country.

If there was a State or City entered, only the Postcodes for the listed Country, State and City were deleted.
