User Preferences; may fail with a "Key does not exist in collection" error

When opening Tools, User Preferences, finPOWER Connect may crash with the error "An unhandled exception has occurred. Key does not exist in collection.".

This occurs if the SMS Service is set, and the database Country is changed - and in the new Country the SMS Service if not available.
