Documents; File Type Icon not displayed for certain File Types

Some forms such as the Document Create wizard display an Icon of the Document's File Type (this may be hidden by default).

Certain File Types did not display the correct icon, e.g., the recently added "Word Document" icon was blank.

The finDocumentRO object not has a FileTypeIcon property which is now used in all places an icon is displayed.

Updated forms are:

• Create Document wizard (e.g., Create Account Document)
• Report Explorer
• Workflow Actions wizard
