Summary Page (version 2); Tick and Cross templates no longer use images

Previously, the Tick and Cross HTML templates used in Version 2 Summary Pages uses images to display Ticks and Crosses.

However, when the Summary Page was generated to "Embed Images", images are represented by CSS background images which do not generally display (by default) when printing the HTML page.

Since Tick and Cross are now used in many Credit Reports, it is important that they always print hence they are now represented by HTML &tick; and ✗ entities.
